Q: Do you allow late Check-in? What if I'm being late to check in within your business ours?
A:
Yes, we do. Please keep us informed in case of any anticipated late arrival to give us approximate time of your arrival.

Q: Do you have parking? Is there an extra cost?
A:
Yes, we have dozens of affordable public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The charges vary from $5 to $12. The closest city parking is located on Wellesley St E. right next to us. We accept NO responsibility for cars.

Q: Are you near public transit?
A:
Yes, we are located opposite from Wellesley Station.

Q: Is Breakfast included in the rate?
A:
No, but we are surrounded by dozens of excellent restaurants.

Q: What time is check in and check out?
A:
Check in is between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check out is 11:00 am.

Q: Is your place handicap accessible?
A:
As an historic building we are unable to offer modern handicap accessibility.

Q: Is there someone on staff 24hrs a day?
A:
No, our office hours are usually from 09:00 am until 09:00 pm. If it is very busy then exceptions are made. Hotel manager is also accessible by telephone in case of emergency.

Q: Are there "Quiet time hours" rules in your house?
A:
We observe quiet "hibernation hours" from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Excessive noise complaints may result in additional charges if it becomes necessary to compensate another guest as a result of non-compliance with quiet time hours. Continued excessive noise complaints may result in your expulsion from the hotel without refund.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
72-hours notice of cancellation required to avoid one-night charge. There is also one-night charge for short notice or no shows.

Q: Are there rules against smoking in your house?
A:
Insurance Regulations do not permit smoking inside the house. For your safety we have installed smoke detectors in the rooms as well as on each floor of the house. Smokers who ignore our non-smoking rules, and smoke in room will be asked to leave early and be responsible for vacant nights if a room cannot be re-rented due to residue. Please use the outside porch area.
